Black Mountain Energy Ltd (the Company; Black Mountain, ASX: BME) wishes to advise Board and management changes in line with guidance provided to shareholders as part of the delisting process announced to the ASX on 28 December 2023.
Mr Peter Cramer has advised that he will step down from the position of non-executive director with effect from the close of business on Thursday 29 February 2024.
Mr Craig Couws will also cease in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 31 March 2024 following a transition of the finance role to appointed consultants. The CFO role will not be replaced.

Commenting on the changes, Executive Chairman Rhett Bennett said “I would firstly like to thank Peter for his significant contribution to the Company as a director since July 2021 as we transitioned from an unlisted company through to our listing on the ASX.
I would also like to extend my gratitude and thanks to Craig for his contribution as Chief Financial Officer, including supporting the purchase and sale of the Half Moon asset and managing the integration of those assets into the Company.”
The changes are in line with guidance to shareholders set out in the 2024 notice of general meeting, where the Company is taking steps to reduce the costs associated with being listed.
